This workshop will look at strategies to make-over your movement so you can learn more effective ways to move towards wellness following your injury.
You will learn to:
Identify your functional habits to perform;
Embed self-care in your movement (not only in the recovery period after you have stopped);
Effective ways to listen to your body;
Choose to move in a way that informs you (rather than moving to perform in a way that wears you out).
When you register, you will be asked a few questions so I can make the workshop relevant and supportive to your needs. You will receive a Zoom link, reminder messages and a set of instructions for how to prepare your learning space for the workshop.
