How do we work together?
We do a somatic coaching assessment, exploring and uncovering conditioned patterns in your body and identifying your goals, the focus for our work. I work with you, offering to you practices, insights and resources to support your body to embody more effective, freer movements and postures.
What I Offer:
Get a taste of somatic coaching to identify core conditioned patterns of movement and body structure. From one – 60 minute session you can expect to gain insights to your patterns of movement, a felt sense of a more effective somatic pattern and conscious practices to embody a more effective pattern.
Somatic Coaching Program: Move – Grow – Embody
From this 2 month program, you can expect to gain perspective on your conditioned body/mind patterns, get moving to open up your flexibility and strength, grow your capacities to self-monitor, and begin to practice recognizing and replacing conditioned movement patterns with freer, more powerful movement.
Somatic Coaching for Trauma Recovery
For this program, you can expect to gain perspective on ways traumatic experiences are locked in your body, your patterns of coping with triggering challenges. You will learn postural and movement patterns to free traumatic experiences from your body and begin to practice recognizing and replacing these patterns with freer, more powerful movement.
